DATA PROTECTION
Here at Dalton School we take data protection and the responsibility we have for the information we hold, very seriously. So when the new data protection laws came into force in May 2018 we undertook a total review of all our records and processes to make sure we were meeting all the new requirements. We looked at
- all the personal information we hold
- why we were holding it
- how long we were holding it for
- what we were doing with it
- and all our policies, procedures and documents relating to personal information.
As a result we made some changes.
